Taking lessons from Buhr St #2 mixed with COVID, SBH Reno + Dev was born. Much of the rehabilitation was done in house:

  • carpentry,

  • window installation and window repair

  • Flooring

  • Drywalling/Mudding

  • Painting

  • Bathroom and Kitchen Remodel

Work was done exceptionally and set the tone for SBH Reno + Dev to begin taking on general contracting and management of construction trade work.

EMILY House was officially completed in 2022, but update work is being scheduled for this year.
