Margaret was the first Duplex (Flats) we ever took on but the most defining feature was the greenery and trees. Two units at one time: Two doors, two demos, two mechanical systems, two plumbing systems, two of everything.

Given the task at hand we focused on hiring subcontractors to take on the heavy lifting:

• Plumbing

• Electrical

• Mechanical

While Margaret was never fully operational due to roof replacement cost significant increases, Margaret stands to see new life in 2025 with Roof Repair at the top of the list as a critical path and then FFE for both units.
