Springboard Holdings Detroit (SBH) is a real estate investment and development firm committed to revitalizing Detroit's neighborhoods outside of the downtown core, coupling passion for revitalization and sweat equity to transform neglected properties into homes for Detroiters.

Our vision is to be one of the first investors in residential neighborhoods that have been disinvested in and provide quality housing for residents. By executing on our strategy, we stabilize neighborhoods one house at a time and provide the foundation for a dense urban setting and new future investments from our firm or the residents in our communities.

    D'Marco Ansari, a proud Detroiter and emerging real estate developer based in New Center, Detroit, has been a key player in shaping the city's real estate landscape.

    Mr. Ansari has assumed pivotal roles in real estate and economic development as a Regional Director with the City of Detroit’s Housing and Revitalization Department - Public-Private Partnership Team, Senior Project Manager with a private real estate investment firm, and furthered his endeavors as a Private Investor and Small Developer. His strategic initiatives have contributed to million-dollar projects aimed at revitalizing distressed neighborhoods throughout the City. As a senior project manager, he has overseen the development of approximately $80 million in mixed-use projects, resulting in nearly 450 residential units. Simultaneously, as a small developer/private investor, he has personally invested approximately $400,000 and immense amounts of sweat equity in rehabilitating single-family and duplex residential properties across nearly 10 locations in the city, with a steadfast commitment to ongoing reinvestment in more and larger deals.

    As a Founder/Owner and one who is never afraid to get his hands dirty, who believes in growth, sweat equity and determination, Mr. Ansari has created several entities designed to continue his efforts with SBH Reno + Dev, a Residential Contracting/Rehabilitation Company, and Ansari Property Management, an total service property management entity.
