Greendale, or the Lone Wolf, was the first house purchased outside of our general area of focus and while it had everything largely intact it was the possibly the worst buy. Tenants living in horrible conditions, past due water bill of thousands of dollars that had never been addressed, outdated MEP systems, and did we say tenants in the building.

The goal was to get the house in livable condition and to incrementally address all the issues. Replaced the roof, installed electrical panel, got the water running functionally, demolished the leaning garage.

2025 is looking to be a staggering year of updates for the Lone Wolf:

• Furniture and Fixture Upgrade

• Vinyl Siding Installation

• Landscaping Installation

• New Fencing
